Remember to clean and maintain the spray dryer after use. Firstly, clean the glass instrument and place it on a machine for online drying. Secondly, for the cleaning of the nozzle, if it needs to be placed in the oven, please do not put the entire nozzle into the oven. The sealing ring inside will be damaged. If there is no fan protector, remove the fan and soak it for cleaning. If it is used frequently, it can be cleaned regularly. If there is a fan protector, clean the filter bag.

After the whole experiment of the spray dryer, if it is not used for a long time, please put the glass instrument and accessories into the base and pack them for future use. In order to avoid wall sticking in the use of spray dryer, an air broom consisting of a row of nozzles is installed near the wall of the tower and slowly rotates along the tower wall.
